The remaining amount is being held to fund marketing, purchase the Tupac catalog of music without impacting the price of the TupacCoin, for legal fees in the process of this purchase, and for manual burns – and as such the total will rapidly decrease over time, which in turn increases the ownership percentage of those who purchase and hold $TUPAC.
